At GlowGenz, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality, fresh products. Please review our terms of service below:

• Delivery time is 2 working days, excluding weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
• Orders cannot be cancelled or returned from the doorstep.
• If you return an order, please note that cash on delivery will not be offered to you for future orders.
• All products are made fresh *after* we receive an order. Everything you’ll receive from us will be 100% fresh and prepared for you.
• We do not offer any exchange or returns unless a product is damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery.
